actual—in the workplace, for the protection of employees:
– To allow all employees to express their opinions and offer suggestions for
change within the organization, and to foster dialogue and discussion.
Filling out this form is anonymous by default, but the submitter may choose to include their
name if they wish to receive feedback on the progress of the report’s handling
and/or initiate a dialogue with the Gender Equality Officer.
Once submitted, this form will be handled by the Gender Equality Officer.
If you have chosen to provide your name, you will be kept informed of developments in the
ongoing investigations.
In any case, even for anonymous reports and suggestions, the Gender Equality Officer
will work with management to define and implement any necessary corrective actions
