Types of Data Collected<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 Data Provided Voluntarily by the User<\/h3>\n<p>When filling out the reservation form, the user provides the following personal information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n<li>Date and time of the selected visit<\/li>\n<li>Number and names of participants<\/li>\n<li>Any notes or special requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Providing this information is required to complete the reservation. If the required information is not provided, we will not be able to process your request. <\/p>\n<h3>2.2 Browsing Data<\/h3>\n<p>The computer systems used to operate the website collect, during normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited). This data, used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website, is retained for the time strictly necessary and is not associated with identified users. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing<\/h2>\n<p>The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<h3>a) Reservation Management<\/h3>\n<p>Legal basis: performance of a contract or precontractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, subparagraph b of the GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>The data is processed to receive, confirm, manage, and, if necessary, modify or cancel the reservation for the tourist\/cultural tour.<\/p>\n<h3>b) Service Announcements<\/h3>\n<p>Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6, para. 1, subparagraph b of the GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>The user may receive strictly operational communications related to the reservation (confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, cancellations).<\/p>\n<h3>c) Compliance with legal obligations<\/h3>\n<p>Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6, para. 1, subpar. c of the GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>The data may be processed to comply with obligations under applicable laws (tax, accounting, and administrative).<\/p>\n<h3>d) Marketing and promotional communications (only with prior consent)<\/h3>\n<p>Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, subpar. a of the GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>Only if the user has expressly consented may the data be used to send newsletters, offers, and promotional communications from Pirene S.r.l. Consent may be revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to revocation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>4. Data Retention Period<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data collected for the purpose of managing the reservation is retained for the time strictly necessary to carry out the visit and, thereafter, for the period necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations (typically 10 years for tax and accounting records, pursuant to Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).<\/p>\n<p>Data processed for marketing purposes, where the user has provided consent, is retained until such consent is withdrawn or, if consent is not withdrawn, for a period not exceeding 24 months from the last interaction.<\/p>\n<p>Browsing data is retained for a period not exceeding 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>5. Recipients and Disclosure of Data<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. However, it may be disclosed to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entities that provide technical and IT services for the management of the website and the reservation system (e.g., hosting providers, email platforms), designated as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR; <\/li>\n<li>Entities that provide online payment services, if applicable;<\/li>\n<li>Public authorities or regulatory bodies, in the cases provided for by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The updated list of data processors is available upon request from the Data Controller.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>6. Transfer of Data to Third Countries<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is processed within the European Union. If, for technical reasons related to the IT tools used (e.g., cloud services), data must be transferred to third countries, such transfer will take place in accordance with the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (Adequacy Decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other appropriate safeguards). <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>7.
